YELASAI

Exclusive distribution partnership

Build YELASAI in your country.

We are looking for one distribution partner per country — with sole distribution rights, a protected territory and a concept that has been working in eight countries since 2010. Not a product catalogue, but a system of product, training and digital analysis that hairdressers commit to.

The situation

Hairdressers are looking for a way out of the price war.

The classic salon sells time: cutting, colouring, blow-drying. The market is saturated, margins are falling and chains push prices down. A salon that only cuts hair competes on price.

At the same time, people sit in those salons every day with a concern nobody has been able to answer: thinning hair, itching, flaking, hair loss after a pregnancy or chemotherapy. They see a doctor, often get no answer for everyday life — and then talk to their hairdresser about it.

That is exactly where YELASAI comes in. We turn the hairdresser into a hair growth specialist: someone who can assess the scalp professionally, build a care plan and support people over months. That changes the salon's business — from a single service to guided, long-term care with recurring revenue.

The business model

Three revenue streams instead of one.

Pure product distribution lives and dies with the repeat purchase. Our model stands on three legs — which is why partners typically stay for years.

PILLAR 1

Products on repeat purchase

Scalp and hair care made in Switzerland — shampoos, oils, tonics, treatments. Consumables with a natural repeat rhythm: once a care plan has started, the customer reorders regularly. The salon does not sell once, it accompanies.

PILLAR 2

Training as a revenue stream of its own

Hairdressers are trained to become hair growth specialists across several modules. The training is paid, runs continuously and creates commitment: those who have invested work with the system. As a distribution partner you run the training in your country — with our materials, our trainers behind you and in your language.

PILLAR 3

Digital analysis on subscription

Our AI Vision analyses scalp images, produces evaluations and prepares the client's home care plan. The salon visibly works more professionally — and pays a monthly fee for it. Recurring revenue that does not depend on stock.

Whoever only sells products gets replaced. Whoever accompanies people is needed.

Your position

What you receive as a distribution partner.

Requirements

What you need to bring.

We award each country only once. That is why we look closely — and say openly what matters.

Access to the hairdressing market

Existing contacts to salons, experience in hairdressing or cosmetics wholesale, or a sales team of your own. We are not looking for pure investors, but for partners who know the market.

Capital for the build-up

Stock, training rooms, marketing and staff in the first months. Building up takes time; anyone who needs results after the first quarter will not be happy.

Willingness to be trained

You or someone from your team complete our training yourselves. Only those who understand the craft can pass it on and convince hairdressers.

Regulatory diligence

The products are registered EU-wide — that work is done. You make sure the packaging notifications and any further local obligations in your market are met and kept up to date. We provide you with the documentation for this.

The path

From enquiry to your own network.

Your application

You fill in the form below. We reply within five working days — including when the answer is no.

First conversation

A video call of about an hour: your market, your structure, our expectations. Both sides check whether it fits.

A visit to Switzerland

You come to Heiden. Gianni Coria trains you and your team personally — the craft, the concept and working with AI Vision. Afterwards both sides know exactly where they stand.

Contract and build-up

Territory agreement, first delivery of goods, and the joint start of the first training courses in your country.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask us.

How much initial investment is required?

That depends on the size of your market and the pace you plan. We name concrete figures in the first conversation, once we know your market — a blanket figure would not be serious.

Is there a minimum purchase commitment?

Yes. Sole distribution for an entire country is tied to annual targets that we set together and that have to suit your market.

Do I have to register the products in my country?

No. Our products are registered EU-wide — formulations, safety assessments and product information files are in place. You take care of the packaging notifications in your country and of keeping them current. That is a manageable administrative task, not a product approval.

Do I have to be a hairdresser myself?

No. What matters is access to the hairdressing market and the willingness to understand the craft. Many of our strongest partners come from wholesale.

Which language do we work in together?

German or English with us — in your market, of course, in the local language. We provide all documents, training content and image material. You handle the translation into your language and the build-up of your own website — that way you are ready quickly and appear professional from the start.

How quickly can we start?

Roughly two months from the first meeting. In that time we get to know each other, you and your team complete the training in Heiden, and the packaging notification in your country is registered.

What happens if I do not develop the territory?

Territory protection is tied to the agreed targets. If they are clearly missed over a longer period, we talk about it — fairly and with notice, but we do not keep a country blocked indefinitely.

Application

Tell us about your market.

The more precise your answers, the faster we can reply. All information is treated confidentially.

This helps us judge what pace is realistic. It is not a commitment.
